NICK GEAVES
Managing Director
It’s my responsibility as MD to lead the team in the delivery of our business plan, objectives and ensure future growth. In my spare time (of which there’s not very much!) I enjoy sailing, watching sports and walking my dogs.
JEREMY GEORGE
Operations Director
I have been with Geaves Surfaces for 23 years since leaving university (a very long time ago!). I am responsible for the day to day running of the sales office and distribution. A large part of my role is supporting our sales team with enquiries and providing technical information, non-standard products or application advice to customers. In my spare time I enjoy as much family time as possible as well as movies, eating out, socialising with friends and educating my kids in the art of dad dancing. KAREN HILL
Quality and Certifications Supervisor
I’m a long-standing member of the team here at Geaves Surfaces and my role is to ensure that we deliver compliance with all of our certifications, quality standards and best practices. These include: ISO 9001 accreditation, health and safety as well as our chain of custody compliance. In my spare time I like to catch up with friends/family and I also play badminton. WESLEY GUSTERSON
Internal Sales Executive
My responsibilities are to manage my customer portfolio by giving advice and guidance to our customers for our range of products and services. This also includes processing orders and liaising with operations to ensure deliveries are made on time as customer satisfaction is very important to me. Sales Support Executive
In my position I manage my valued customer portfolio from the start of an enquiry all the way to the end order whilst also offering support to our sales team when required. CATHLEEN CAPP
Sales Administration Assitant
My role as Sales Admin Assistant includes processing orders and communicating with our delivery companies to ensure deliveries are made on time. I also check and confirm our invoices from transport companies with the help of Nicole and I also do weekly stock lists. Supply Chain and Customer Service Coordinator
I am responsible for our laminate stock holding customers and all production management of our Laminate ranges, this includes: production communication and organisation, goods in/out, weekly stock reporting, stock replenishment and international container import management. CATHERINE MOSS
Marketing Manager
I am responsible for all of Geaves Surfaces marketing activity and provide support to the sales team. My role is very varied and no two days are ever the same. My role encompasses everything from developing and maintaining a website, exhibitions, email promotion, printed collateral, copy writing, digital marketing – the list goes on! Financial Controller
As the Financial Controller my role is to ensure that the accounts function runs smoothly. I am responsible for the company's financial reporting, ensuring the business expenditure is efficient and ensuring that the cash is actively managed. NICOLE SMITH
Accounts Manager
My role is very varied and I help support the Financial controller - Michelle with most aspects of accounts such as invoicing, credit control, claims and much more. We are a highly motivated warehouse team and we quickly and efficiently receive orders for prompt despatch for our customer orders. We prepare and package with upmost care and attention, assuring that your goods are received in an excellent condition.

In my spare time I enjoy listening to music and collecting records/CD's. I especially enjoy OMD (Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark) who I’ve seen over 100 times live in concert.
