Technological inspiration - O2 launches new concept store with customer experience at its heart
O2 has launched its new concept store with the customer experience at the forefront. The new store on Market Street, Manchester, UK revolutionises the traditional mobile phone shop to provide a knowledge hub for its customers to be inspired by the latest technology.
The store takes a fresh approach to mobile phone store design which Bridget Lea, O2’s General Manager of stores has described as "re-writing the rule book and creating a new kind of mobile phone shop to help us serve our customers better."
Over the 2,300 square feet of floor space draws on industrial themes of 2016 with a grey concrete look and feel throughout. As well as featuring interactive ‘inspire zones’ giving customers the chance to get their hands on the very latest technology, made up of wood effect counter tops and seating.
Geaves Surfaces have the ideal solution to create this on trend theme using a combination of Annapurna (a stone effect laminate) and Lamigloss which is available in a variety of woodgrains. To find out more about the products Geaves Surfaces can offer contact us on 01245 329922.
